Your withdrawal needs manual approval from us, we will review it soon. This process can take up to 24 hours.
Your withdrawal has been successfully completed.
Your withdrawal has been postponed and will take longer than 24 hours to complete. This usually happens when you recently completed surveys/offers with a high chargeback risk.
Your withdrawal could not be completed and your points have been refunded. You will need to create a new withdrawal.
Your withdrawal has been deleted, this means that it will never be delivered. This happens mostly due to fraudulent offer/survey activity.
Your withdrawal has failed because of an unexpected error and your points could not be automatically refunded. We will manually check it within 24 hours and either complete or refund your withdrawal.
