Follow these steps to redeem your Xbox Live Gold Membership:
- Sign in to your Microsoft account in your browser
- Go to the redeem.microsoft.com page
- Enter the Xbox Live Gold Membership code which you can find under My Withdrawals by clicking on "Show Code"
- Your Xbox Live Gold Membership has now been activated
