Hi, thanks for your suggestion! The idea is nice but there are several issues:
1.) What's the incentive for users to giveaway stuff? We won't allow any kind of advertisement.
2.) There is no way for the staff to control if the keys/codes are valid.
If somebody has ideas to mitigate those issues, you are very welcome! :)

As the title suggests, make a channel for users to give away stuff they receive, but limit it to a certain value so that random keys that they win which aren't worth much won't be spammed all the time. This should be hosted manually, by a moderator team that collects, for eg, the steam key/wallet code/any digital reward in order to reduce spam.
