An idea I have, for convenience of active 'suggesters' (current and former), is to add a system where suggestions posted to the suggestions channel (or DMed to Notitiae) are reposted on a bot account to this forum.

Replies, upvotes and such could be DMed back to the user, with a message along the lines of [see image below], who could also reply by DMing back.
