A frozen account balance means that you won't be able to use your balance to make any more withdrawals.
This usually happens when we detect fraudulent activity on your account.
Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to:
- Using a VPN/Proxy
- Using scripts/bots for watching videos or completing surveys
- Using fake information when doing surveys
- Using multiple accounts
Your balance might also get frozen after you receive a survey chargeback. A survey chargeback is usually a result of any of the above activities.
